ASV 2020 is cancelled
Due to public health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the 39th Annual Meeting of the American Society for Virology (ASV 2020) has been cancelled. Please see our full statement here.
…but we are happy to announce…
Virtual Workshops, ASV2020
Some virologists have graciously volunteered to arrange virtual workshops based on submitted abstracts. These will be held during the time of the original ASV meeting, June 13-17, 2020. Stephanie Karst (email@example.com), the ASV Program Chair, has been overseeing this. For more information on which workshops are scheduled, who is organizing/hosting them, and how to attend, click here. Links to each workshop webinar will be made available as the workshops approach. Check back in June for updates.
For those who have already paid registration fees, you will automatically receive a full refund, including any on-campus housing costs, from Colorado State University Conference Services. This can take up to 60 days to process.
Please contact the ASV Office if you have not received a refund by June.
If you have booked housing outside of CSU, please be sure to cancel that as well.
